April 03, 2020

We are pleased to announce today, Wednesday 01st April 2020, CQI-IRCA approved the Kelmac Group® to start delivery of Virtual Instructor-Led Training [VILT] classes.  The Kelmac Group® will immediately commence offering VILT classes for all ISO courses.

We will shortly publish our VILT training schedule on our websites, plus we will also publish additional general information on VILT training to enable clients to choose their delivery method, i.e. online, VILT, classroom, or blended learning.  The Kelmac Group® will start offering VILT class delivery on all our ISO curriculum, Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, Food Safety, Information Security, and Laboratory.

The roll out process will take a number of weeks.  Already we seeing early demand for VILT classes, hence we encourage all clients and learners to contact us regarding your training needs as soon as practical, particularly if you have specific delivery dates in mind.

The Kelmac Group® suspended offering classroom based training due to the COVID-19 pandemic effective from 23rd March 2020 based upon advice from relevant Governments.  The safety of clients, training location personnel and our staff is of primary importance to us.  It is our intention to commence offering classroom based training from June 2020 onwards, however this is dependent upon relevant Government COVID-19 advice.

We will shortly communicate and publish a revised training and development schedule on our relevant websites.  In the meantime we encourage potential and existing clients and learners to contact us about your future training needs and/or to complete an online booking via one of our websites.

All existing classroom bookings received prior to the suspension of our classroom training delivery will be fully honored and we will work with the relevant client or learner to reschedule into the next available class and/or alternative preferred class date.  We are currently rescheduling in-company bookings with clients and we will shortly complete this process, hence we kindly ask for your understanding as we work through this backlog.

We thank clients sincerely for your continue business in these unprecedented times.  Like most of you, we are currently operating remotely rather than from our global offices.  With the benefit of state of the art technology systems and applications in place, we are striving to improve the quality and responsiveness of our customer service.
